Our Quality Account provides an overview of the quality of care we deliver across all our services and the improvements made during the 2025–26 financial year (April 2025 to March 2026). It assesses performance across key areas including patient safety, clinical effectiveness and patient experience.

We have launched a 2-day work experience programme for sixth form students at participating local colleges.

At DHC, we know that delivering outstanding care depends on our people. It’s important that they feel happy at work, valued and listened to. Our annual NHS staff survey is a key way of gathering this feedback and understand how we are performing.
