Launch of new essential resources for patients

DHC Dorking is delighted to announce the launch of its new websites –

This redesigned website puts patients at the centre of their healthcare”. Crucially, research has found that improving patient experience can help to provide higher quality care.1

With approximately 1 in 4 people in the UK experience emotional health problems each year, DHC also extended its services and advice available to those patients struggling with these health issues with the introduction of  It now offers comprehensive access to Psychological Therapies, recommended by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE), offering help including one to one therapy, in person, or over the phone, to group sessions and advice on improving wellbeing overall.  DHC has always had the best outcome for patients compared to the other Surrey providers and is a leading provider nationally.

With more focus on this area, DHC Limited made the request to Creative Agency, 22PointSix, to design a dedicated site for this service. Working together to produce a website that is accessible by all audiences, including potentially vulnerable users, as well as keeping it within the ‘family branding’. DHC is now able to offer a comprehensive resource for those seeking help with health topics, advice, self-referral or GP referral information as well as a patient log in area to access further resources.
