Are you a patient, or member of the public who would like to help us make decisions and shape our services for the future?
We are recruiting for our new Patient Participation Group and we are looking for people who can help us gather views and experiences of DHC Outpatients.
Is this for me?
You do not need to have been a patient. Participants need to be conscientious individuals who are prepared to commit to regular meetings and to work in partnership with us to bring about improvements for all our patients.
What is the commitment?
There will be a meeting every 3 months during a weekday evening. Meetings may be held virtually or face to face.
