We are excited to share the news that DHC Outpatients is now available in a brand-new facility at Elizabeth House Medical Practice in Warlingham. This expansion brings a range of consultant-led NHS outpatient services to people in the local area.

We’re pleased to announce the following outpatient clinics are now running: Cardiology (with RACP), Colorectal, Dermatology, Gynaecology, Musculoskeletal, Orthopaedics, Respiratory, Ultrasound, Urology.
A key component of the NHS 10-year plan is to move away from a hospital-centric system. We’re proud to be playing our part to support this vision by continuing to bring quality NHS healthcare into local health centres.

DHC Outpatients delivers around 4,000 outpatient appointments every month at neighbourhood health centres, including Dorking Community Hospital, Old Cottage Hospital in Epsom, Holmhurst Medical Centre in Redhill and Oxted Health Centre. 96% of patients say they would recommend the service to family and friends; more information about the survey here.

GPs can refer patients via e-RS for consultant led referrals. For diagnostic referrals, please send the appropriate referral form via email to dhc.administration@nhs.net
