At DHC we aim to provide quality healthcare in local setting for the benefit of patients.

Patient experience surveys

We have a schedule of patient satisfaction surveys running in the outpatients department. These cover patients’ views on the overall working of the department and also specifically about each individual clinic. This feedback is important to us and allows us to address issues that concern our patients. If you are asked to complete a survey, please take your time to consider your replies. Our management team reviews the results (including comments by individual patients) and creates an action plan to address concerns.

Patient Participation Group

We have established a Patient Participation Group (PPG) to help us to gather views and experiences from people who use our services. The PPG will enable our service users to be actively engaged and involved in decision-making and will play an important role in helping shape high-quality sustainable services.
