Our GP Federation brings together seven PCNs and 19 GP practices, caring for 300,000 patients. As a leading GP Federation and the largest provider of out-of-hospital NHS services in Surrey, we aim to drive positive change in healthcare for our local communities.
We collaborate with our practices to expand community and specialist services that offer convenience and choice for our patients. Together, we aim to address health concerns earlier, focusing on prevention, early intervention and ultimately a healthier population.
