DHC Talking Therapies

We provide talking therapies as part of the NHS Talking Therapies programme (Formerly known as IAPT – Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) which are designed to help with common mental health problems. Talking Therapies are transforming the treatment of adult anxiety disorders and depression in England.

This NHS service is free, confidential and available throughout Surrey for people 17+ who are registered with a Surrey GP.

People can refer themselves directly or they can ask their GP to refer them.

The therapies we offer:

GP's: How to refer

Patients can be referred by their GP, or by other health professionals based in GP Surgeries. GP referrals can be sent directly to: iapt.dhc@nhs.net.

Patients can also self-refer via the DHC Talking Therapies website or call 01483 906392.

Online CBT
Online CBT with SilverCloud is supported by a therapist and offers a range of modules to work through at your own pace.
Group Courses
Online group courses are available for mindfulness, pregnancy and new parenthood, and more.
Online Groups
Long-term conditions
We provide support for those living with conditions such as diabetes, COPD, asthma and chronic pain.
Self-help resources
Useful resources are available for one year after therapy finishes via a dedicated client log in area.
