Talking Therapies (IAPT)

We’re here to help.

We are a free and confidential NHS service and we offer a range of psychological therapies to adults 18 years and over, who are registered with a Surrey GP.

How to refer

We offer a single point of access for primary care psychological therapies across Surrey. Patients can be referred by their GP, or by other health professionals based in GP Surgeries. Referrals can be sent directly via nhs.net email: iapt.dhc@nhs.net.

Patients can also self-refer via the Talking Therapies website or call 01483 906392. You may wish to download and print the following leaflet for your patients, which outlines our service and how to self-refer.
