Talking Therapies phone number: 01483 906392

We are a free and confidential NHS service and we offer a range of psychological therapies to adults 18 years and over, who are registered with a Surrey GP.

It is common and normal to experience changes in your mood and behaviour at times of stress and emotional upset. If these changes continue to affect you, then the DHC Talking Therapies service could help. We provide specialised skilled and accredited practitioners who are able to provide psychological therapies for people experiencing common difficulties including depression, anxiety, panic, stress, phobias and trauma.

Talking Therapies are also known as IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies), which is a national programme that was created in 2005 to offer advice, information and therapies as recommended by the National Institute of Health and Care Excellence (NICE)

Please follow the button to our dedicated Talking Therapies website which provides you with information of how to self refer and a more detailed overview of the service.
