We are delighted that DHC received a rating of ‘Good’ in all aspects of the inspection across DHC Outpatients, Community Medical Team and Improved Access Services in general practice.

Equality, Inclusion & Diversity (EID)
We believe our strength comes from the differences in who we are and how we think. Diversity and inclusion starts at the top of our organisation with the DHC Board of Directors which has four female members and where 20% of members are BME.
DHC is committed to ensuring that EID is embedded across our organisation for staff, patients, carers and visitors. The Summary Reports below details our implementation of the Equality Delivery System.
To ensure that we continually improve implementing equality and diversity, our policies and processes are under regular review via dedicated EID working groups.
