Reassuring service. An appointment was offered at short notice. Good COVID safety measures were in place. We were in for our appointment within 20 minutes if the appointment time and we’re listened to and offered a plan for treatment we were comfortable with.

Telephone consultation with Consultant Cardiologist. Extremely efficient process and very good physician. Very knowledgeable and caring. Explained his thoughts and plan for further exploratory tests. Summarised everything at the end of the meeting and also took time to explain it to my wife. Even more importantly was a nice man !

Superb care and patient focus. I was seen as for an emergency appointment as I had been told by medical Staff to stop my medication against that of my consultant and was concerned this (so asked for advice) I was given the appointment the next day and seen on time, my consultant called my gp and together made a clinical decision to have me reviewed further. Absolutely incredibly reassuring and everything was explained fully. All staff I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure that I was given the utmost care, from the reception staff to the consultants secretary (who was incredibly helpful) and the consultant. So very grateful to them all.

Efficient. In for GP arranged minor op. reception a little crowded and difficult to hear receptionist above echoing noise level. Minor Op performed on time and hopefully successfully. Doctors and nurse were professional and involved.

In September, October and November 2020, we asked 397 patients to describe their experience with DHC Outpatients.

They provided valuable feedback on their experiences with our service, how our staff performed and how they were made to feel.
