Much needed local access to consultants. I was offered an UNHEARD OF (Sunday) GP appointment yesterday to deal with worrying nosebleeds. On Saturday I had an echocardiogram. In recent months I have seen an ENT doctor, had a telephone appointment with a cardiac consultant, and been fitted with a Holter Monitor. All these in an unpressured, local environment. I can walk there but parking is easy and (currently) free of charge. What’s not to like?
