Contracts and Performance Manager

Due to continued growth, our forward thinking organisation is looking to recruit an experienced Contracts and Performance Manager.

DHC is a dynamic independent provider of NHS services throughout Surrey. These include out-patients, psychological therapies, diagnostics and minor surgery. We are a constantly evolving organisation with a real ethos for quality and local services for patients. A ‘can do’ attitude is a vital asset at DHC and we are looking for like-minded individuals to work with us who share the same approach and work ethic.

The role:

The position of Contracts and Performance Manager holds responsibility for contracts and ongoing relationships with NHS organisations that contract DHC services, sub-contractors and suppliers of materials and services to DHC.  

The position is also responsible for the development and management of an internal dashboard to show performance against all key aspects of the organisation.  Furthermore, it is also responsible for the delivery of the premises strategy including management of existing sites plus finding and securing new premises.  Financial budget supervision and ensuring the cost-effectiveness and value for money of contracts and premises are other key tasks. 

The role works closely with the management team and reports directly to the Chief Executive.

The person:

You will be an organised, dynamic and pro-active, experienced in contracts management and have the ability to negotiate.  The role will require experience of working with budgets ideally in an NHS / healthcare setting.

The role requires a person who has skills and ability to work with a diverse group of people at all levels both within and external to the organisation.  Supplier management and the ability to keep up to date with market trends within the sector will also be vital attributes for successful performance in the role.

HR Manager

Our forward thinking company is looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager to work within our growing organisation.

You will manage our existing HR services and grow the function in scale with the growth of the organisation helping us to improve our recruitment, retention and development of people. Our services are all about our people and contractors and we see this new role as absolutely pivotal in the future development of the business. You will work closely with our management team and report directly to our Chief Executive.
