MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Our forward thinking company is looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager to drive the services of our rapidly growing organisation. This is an exciting time to be joining us.
The Marketing and Communications Manager will work closely with Directors to develop DHC’s marketing strategy, branding and service proposition to the health care sector and wider public.
The person will deliver the strategy which will include developing our promotional material, online website and social media presence and also organise, develop and attend educational events to promote the organisation.
The credible individual will build trusting relationships with local health practices and organisations, increasing DHC’s visibility/presence and increase referrals to all services.
Using the knowledge gleaned from liaison with potential partners/clients, the person will provide insight to the organisation to improve referrals.
The manager will develop and implement the delivery of a communication strategy including all stakeholders both external and internal to the organisation.
The manager will also work with the management team to establish initiatives and objectives aligned with both NHS and DHC’s goals.
This post is available either on a full time or part time basis. If part time is preferred, please indicate this on your application, in which case a Marketing and Communications Assistant will also be recruited.
The role is based at DHC’s management offices in Dorking. The ability to travel to events, meetings and other DHC locations is essential.
